Natalie Cole - Unpredictable LP

NEW. SEALED.

2017 reissue.

Capitol Records

Limited vinyl LP pressing of this 1977 album from the R&B/soul vocalist and daughter of pop/jazz legend Nat King Cole. Unpredictable includes major hits 'I'm Catching Hell' (a confessional ballad) and 'I've Got Love on My Mind' as well as the exuberant feel-good anthem 'Party Lights'. The album was co-produced and co-written by her then husband Marvin Yancy. Natalie rose to musical success in the mid-1970s as an R&B artist with a handful of hits. After a period of failing sales and performances due to a heavy drug addiction, Cole re-emerged as a pop artist in 1987. She sold over 30 million records worldwide. On December 31, 2015, Cole died at the age of 65 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, due to congestive heart failure.
