Officially forming in 2008, Cincinnati, OH based indie-rock outfit Walk The Moon (consisting of lead singer/songwriter/keyboard player Nicholas Petricca; bassist/vocalist Kevin Ray; guitarist/vocalist Eli Maiman; drummer/vocalist Sean Waugaman) now present their self-titled major label debut on RCA Records. The 11-song set was produced by Ben H. Allen (Gnarls Barkley, Animal Collective) and it features new songs, tracks from their acclaimed Anna Sun EP and newly recorded versions of fan favorites off their 2010 independently released album I Want! I Want! In addition to the explosive single “Anna Sun” which Esquire exclaims “might just be the catchiest, most synthed-out and perfectly constructed pop track around right now,” Walk The Moon also boasts the breakout cuts “Tightrope” and “Next In Line.”
