Record is VG++, there are minor surface marks but nothing that will affect play. The previous owner made their own side indicator stickers, see pictures. Record is very close to NM, graded conservatively. The sleeve is VG++, showing minor signs of wear from age. corners are slightly worn and has a small corner ding on top left of cover as well as seam splits on top. The Inner sleeves has seam splits on one side respectively as well as a few spots probably caused by moisture, I tried to capture the spots in a photo but they are small and difficult to capture, see photos for details.
