‘Live In Australia with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra’ was recorded in Sydney in 1986 and released as in 1987. The live version of 'Candle in the Wind' from this album was released as a single in the US in 1987, peaking at #6 in the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and in the UK in 1988, peaking at #5. It also earned Elton a Grammy nomination in 1988 for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance. The album is both remastered and reissued on 180 gram heavyweight vinyl and include a digital download card.
