Record is VG++, overall the record is super clean other than one surface mark at the end of side 2, most of which extends into the dead-wax. Surface mark wont affect play. Sleeve is VG+. There is a bend on the top right of cover and some light ring wear on back of sleeve as well as a small seam split on inner sleeve. Sleeve also shows small general wear from age.
