Record is VG++, it has some light superficial scuffs and hairlines that won't affect play. The sleeve is VG, it has two hole punches on the upper corner near the sleeve mouth and a stain on the bottom corner of the mouth as well as wear and creasing on the corners and edges and surface/ring wear and some spots of discoloration on front and back.
