Record is VG++, it has a couple very light superficial hairlines that won't affect play, could be NM. The sleeve is VG, the top edge near the mouth corner has warn through to a small split and the top corner of the spine has heavy wear. The sleeve also has general wear and creasing on the corners and edges and and some surface/ring wear.
