Limited 180gm vinyl LP pressing. Hokey Pokey, Richard and Linda's second album together, is a jollier release than it's predecessor. Richard was a fan of Harry Lauder and Gracie Fields, and this inspiration can be seen in the Victorian style cover art, and audible on both the title track and 'Georgie On A Spree'. It is a mixture of darkly comical songs like 'Smiffy's Glass Eye' and the wearier tones of 'I'll Regret It All In The Morning" and "A Heart Needs A Home". Songs like 'The Egypt Room' are more somber.
