Record is VG+, it has some superficial surface scuffs and hairlines that won't affect play as well as a drill hole through the center label. The sleeve is VG, there is a drill hole through the center of both sides as well as wear and creasing on the corners and edges and surface/ring wear. There is also heavy discoloration on the back of the sleeve and on the edges of the front cover.
